Your username is your email address.
What is my password?
For security reasons, Validage employees do not have access to password information. If you forgot your password, use the ‘Forgot your password’ link from the login page. Also, be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive an email to reset.
Why am I unable to login?
The most common reason users are unable to access their account is because they are not using the Google Chrome browser. We recommend all users access their Validage account in the Google Chrome browser for optimal performance.
When can I expect to receive my cards?
All orders are reviewed for accuracy and completeness prior to cards becoming available. As a result, we ask you to allow up to 3 business days before receiving your virtual card, and 7 business days for your physical card.
How long is my card valid?
All cards are valid for the full calendar year. Since players will grow and develop, we require all players to register again each year and upload a current photo.
How do I pay for my card?
Use the ‘Complete Registration’ link at the bottom of your player page to initiate and complete the checkout process.
Is my payment information secure?
Validage does not store credit card information. All payments are processed through PayPal, the most trusted payment processor.
What if I do not have a Paypal account?
The checkout and payment process is completed via Paypal. However, you are not required to have a Paypal account to complete, as there is an option to pay by credit card.
